Ben has also self-funded and bootstrapped several successful businesses over the years. Add in his advisory roles, these ventures span a variety of industries: supplements, property management, digital, tech, restaurants, bars, events, and marketing. “The struggles and education of these ventures have been priceless. I personally understand the work business owners put in, the piece of life they invested, and I want to help. That's why I work with small businesses and help them achieve their goals and dreams." Ben has called Wilmington his home for 20 years and lives in downtown Wilmington. He is involved in several organizations and is an active part of the downtown community. He enjoys staying active outdoors, travel, cooking, and the local food & entertainment scene. Ben grew up in Ohio and attended Wright State University, earning a B.S. in Marketing and a B.S. in Business Management. He is a member of the International Business Brokers Association and the Carolinas-Virginia Business Broker Association.
