KingOne Business Brokerage has been serving Horry County since 1984 and has sought to cater to our clientele with an extremely personal touch, being a boutique firm our clients will continue to receive the up most care and responsiveness.

My name is Bradley Lloyd, I am from Irmo, SC where I currently reside in Myrtle Beach, SC. With over 10 years of sales experience, in the hospitality industry, I made a transition into real estate where I specialize in Business Brokering and Commerical property sales. In the first 6 months of the business, I’ve sold over $3million worth of commercial Realestate, including helping a few business owners transition out of their businesses successfully. In sales I’ve always made sure I did one thing, that would help ensure my success and it was to be extremely responsive is what sets me apart from most brokers in the industry, I feel like it’s appreciated by a lot of my clients and helps build credibility in the long run.
