Finding the Right Buyer- JA Walter’s continuing promotional efforts produces potential buyer prospects each and every month. JA Walter conducts personal interviews with the buyer prospects to determine their individual requirements, goals and objectives, while at the same time discussing their financial resources available to purchase a business. Confidentiality- JA Walter will not discuss any details concerning your business until a potential buyer has signed a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement. Services- JA Walter will provide all of the services and support necessary to complete the sale of a business to the satisfaction of both the buyer and the seller. JA Walter schedules and attends all meetings between the seller and the buyer. We will also coordinate any meetings with other professionals. We stay involved until the closing of the transaction. Dr. James Walter, Principal, CEO and President, has 20 years experience in the corporate world and 20 years teaching business courses in colleges and universities. Dr. Walter’s educational background includes an Associate in Engineering degree from Penn State Berks, Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Management from Albright College, an MBA in Marketing from St. Joseph’s University and a Ph.D. in Organization and Management, specializing in Leadership from Capella University. Dr. Walter served on the Board of Directors of the Albright Alumni Association and is a member of Kappa Delta Pi of the International Honor Society in Education. Dr. Walter’s business background includes twenty years of experience in the corporate world, which involved development and execution of marketing plans in various industries, creating advertising campaigns, designing literature, conducting database management and telemarketing, lead management, and trade shows. He was also responsible for other marketing tasks, which included continual networking and development of long-term relationships with customers, trade industry associations, and the leading trade journals. Dr. Walter has previously taught marketing and management courses full time for over eight years at Penn State and BTI and five years as an Assistant Professor in Business Administration at the University of Valley Forge. Prior to the full-time positions, Dr. Walter was an adjunct instructor of marketing and management for 15 years at Penn State, Albright College, and DeSales University concurrent with his positions in the corporate world.
