20+ years in manufacturing experience as a plant manager with Merck and as Director of International Operations. Also worked for Monsanto and other Pharmaceutical companies where I was routinely responsible for >$100MM annual budgets along with forecasting accuracy within 0.5%. During my career I supervised a workforce of >200 employees and contract employees. I left the corporate world and ventured out into franchising and the entrepreneurial world. Over the span of my business & corporate career I sold over 200 businesses including significant M&A deals. A key negotiator for major agreements between Pharmaceutical and Chemical companies in 14 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, South America, Central America and North America. I was looking to open his own business brokerage when I heard about Transworld Business Advisors. After Several months of 'due diligence' and research, I decided to join the Transworld Team. I am very comfortable with both small businesses ($100,000) up to the lower midmarket companies ($250 million). I have worked as a team member for large M&A transactions of up to $750 million. I hold a Bachelor's degree of Science from Carnegie-Mellon University in Chemical Engineering and I also have degrees in Biology and Psychology from Carnegie-Mellon as well.
