About Hughes Klaiber LLC
Our professional approach is tailored to meet the needs of owners of successful, privately held businesses with a minimum of two million dollars in revenues. We have experience serving clients in industries including technology, manufacturing, distribution, food, and a wide range of business services. We help achieve your goals by providing: - Confidentiality - Understanding of the strategic and financial drivers that build value - Organized process and attention to detail - Access to resources and contacts We pride ourselves on customer service. Unlike many business brokers who work on volume, we work with a manageable number of clients at each time, and devote significant time and attention to each client and their businesses. We understand the challenges you have overcome to build your company and work in close partnership with clients to develop an exit strategy that provides a return on the investment of time and resources that you have devoted to your business. We provide access to a wide range of resources and contacts to help you sell, buy, or build a business. We maintain a network of strong relationships with professional advisors across all fields of expertise related to buying and selling a business, including accountants, legal advisors, and financial planners, providing a team of experts available to assist with every specialized aspect of your transaction. We also maintain relationships with several boutique investment banks to assist with larger clients, access to capital, and complex financial structures. In addition to our in-house databases of industry contacts and buyers, we use leading databases to conduct industry research and to identify potential buyers including strategic buyers, private equity groups and other financial buyers. Hughes Klaiber is led by Sally Anne Hughes. Sally Anne is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI). She holds a New York real estate license and received an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
Hughes Klaiber guides entrepreneurs through the complex process of selling a business, using a strategic approach designed to help achieve your personal and financial goals. As a successful entrepreneur, you have likely worked very hard to build your company. Developing an effective exit strategy that results in a sale can provide a return on the investment of time and resources that you have devoted to your business. However, selling a business can be a time-consuming, lengthy, and often frustrating process. In addition to important financial considerations, the sale of your business may impact your family, your future employment opportunities, and the well-being of employees who have contributed to your success. Other issues that can add complexity include concerns about keeping a potential sale confidential, tax implications, the ability of the new owner to continue building your business or to finance the acquisition, your personal ties to the business, and a host of other issues. While low-ball offers may be easy to come by, qualified buyers willing to pay a fair or premium price for your business can be hard to find. To help our clients achieve a successful sale, we use a three-step process that is based on investment banking techniques tailored to meet the needs of privately held business owners. Our process helps maintain confidentiality, identifies a range of qualified prospective buyers, and helps ensure a smooth due diligence and closing process.

What we observe
DealLedger publishes what is publicly displayed. Broker records aggregate every observed listing tied to this firm across our sources. Counts above reflect distinct listings observed, not closed transactions confirmed by the broker.
We do not have direct visibility into which listings sold. When a listing stops appearing in our scrapes, we mark it as no longer observed — but we do not claim it sold. Some close; some withdraw; some are re-listed under a new ID; some are simply missed by our scraper. We surface the observation; you draw the conclusion.
If you represent Hughes Klaiber LLC and would like to add context to this record — corrections, updated bio, additional credentials — contact corrections@dealledger.org. Corrections are published openly alongside the original observation.
