From Harcourts Business Division: Growing up in Illinois, LeeAnn knew at an early age that she wanted to travel globally and make a lifetime career of it. She started sewing at age 9 through 4-H Clubs of America leading her into a textile world. After graduating from Bauder Fashion College in Miami, FL with a Fashion Design and Merchandising Degree, she immediately started working for Spiegel Catalogue in Chicago, IL building a career in production, quality control and sourcing. This led her to the overseas factories, traveling through 36 countries across a 35+ year career. As a Business Leader with a proven track record of delivering product innovation, sourcing, and replenishment strategies, she led a team of experts in brand awareness, new product development, production management, supplier partnerships and strategic sourcing. Having worked in Chicago, Seattle, Shanghai and Shenzhen, she made the decision 6 years ago to shift gears and get her CA real estate license specializing in Business Sales. This allows her to utilize skill sets from contractual agreements, timeline management, networking, pricing and working face-to-face with clients. It also gives her the freedom to set her own schedule and work with clients accordingly. LeeAnn is an art advocate who loves attending art shows and galleries across the Coachella Valley. She is also the Owner of Bea, an Italian Greyhound, who is a travel companion. Wine, theatre, reading, baking, fashion, and making various types of pasta keep her inspired!
