Kellen Duggan has been a specialist in retail and office investment sales throughout the Chicago city and suburban markets since 2011. In that time he has been a high producing broker and consultant for his clients in both acquisition and disposition scenarios. He has, in multiple years, been the recipient of the Commercial Forum Top Producer award. Since 2011 he has transacted or been a part of over $220 Million dollars of total deals. His knowledge and understanding of the Chicago real estate market continues to add value for his clients in every transaction he is a part of. Kellen holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Michigan State University and an M.B.A in Finance from the University of Illinois.

With over twenty years experience in business, investment and property management dealing with commercial real estate, Greg joined Friedman in 2006 to focus primarily on southern Wayne County, northern Monroe County, and the Downriver market areas. Greg provides in-depth market knowledge and comprehensive real estate services, and has worked with clients including Atlas Oil Company, Comerica Bank, Fifth Third Bank, Henry Ford Hospital, Lowe’s, McDonald’s, Monroe Bank & Trust, Tec Mar Distribution Services and YUM! Brands. Greg is effective at building long-term client relationships, direct marketing and prospecting clients. His experience, strong work ethic, and networking abilities are regarded as an advantage in the services he provides. He has served on Downtown Development Authority Boards of the City of Inkster and City of Wyandotte. A graduate of the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Greg majored in Finance and received his degree in 1981.
