About Frazier Capital
Frazier Capital has been in business since 1997 and has been both brokering businesses and commercial real estate since then, from Washington DC to California, as well as valuing businesses, commercial real estate and equipment throughout the United States. We have valued everything from Linksys to Alligator Adventure Parks and have testified in Federal Tax Court on Minority Discounts. Our edge is “full stack valuation skills” which means we value everything from equipment to the intellectual property. This greatly increases our understanding of the market and accuracy for both valuations and brokerage. Headquartered in the US Bank Tower with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York, we complete valuations throughout the United States and broker businesses and commercial real estate. Our staff of 18 people with an attorney and CPA have experience with over 300 different industries over the last 30 years. We have run manufacturing and service businesses and know the business from the owner’s side of the aisle. Most importantly, we are not under pressure to push bad deals since we also value businesses and have other diversified sources of revenue for our company. We are not a franchise and have deep experience in multiple industries. National business brokerage franchises are charged 8-10% plus marketing fees by the national franchisor. These fees are generally passed on to the business seller one way or another. We are not restricted by any franchise corporate standard, so we can be more flexible to market your business. As a result of this flexibility, we provide a more comprehensive marketing package to a prospective buyer. Also, we are not limited by a geographic territory location like national business broker franchises. our staff has language expertise in the following languages: Armenian, Farsi, French, Spanish and Mandarin, representing over 65% of the world’s population.
Mr. Bethel is the National Director of Frazier Capital. Active in the brokerage and valuation profession for over 30 years, he has valued domestic and international businesses, commercial real estate investments, and industrial machinery and equipment as well as sold businesses and commercial real estate from Washington DC to California. He has been interviewed by NPR’s Market Place and Bloomberg multiple times and continues to speak and provided training to a number of industry groups throughout the United States. Prior to entering the valuation and mergers and acquisition industry he was the Controller and CFO of a multi-national low tech medical manufacturing company. What we observe
DealLedger publishes what is publicly displayed. Broker records aggregate every observed listing tied to this firm across our sources. Counts above reflect distinct listings observed, not closed transactions confirmed by the broker.
We do not have direct visibility into which listings sold. When a listing stops appearing in our scrapes, we mark it as no longer observed — but we do not claim it sold. Some close; some withdraw; some are re-listed under a new ID; some are simply missed by our scraper. We surface the observation; you draw the conclusion.
If you represent Frazier Capital and would like to add context to this record — corrections, updated bio, additional credentials — contact corrections@dealledger.org. Corrections are published openly alongside the original observation.
