Elite Business Broker has over 25 years of experience, working with buyers and sellers in every form of real estate. In addition to a great sales team, all of our agents have real life experiences of owning a business. We can help you find a new business, help you sell your current business, and will work with you directly during the entire process. We also have a wide variety of resources to help with you with lending, experienced real estate attorneys, inspectors and anything else needed to get your business sold to a qualified buyer.
Our team is formed by entrepreneurs who owned and operated successful businesses. We come from different business fields, which makes us more diverse and able to help with any questions our clients may have. Because of our backgrounds, we know the hassles of purchasing, running and selling a business. We help our buyers to find the business best fitted for them. Help our sellers how to prepare their business, so it can sale at its highest potential. Finally; we help both parties, to sail through the process as smooth as possible.
