Having been a top-tier broker with a national franchise, Jared created DJT to better serve the clients with a more individualistic, service-based approach rather than trying to get as many listings as possible and "see what sticks". I am an entrepreneur, business owner, business broker, and real estate investor who knows what it takes to get deals done, and done right. I began my business journey in the oil and gas industry, where I learned the value of calculated risk, operational efficiency, and building strong relationships. Since then, I has successfully transitioned into real estate and business ownership, applying the same discipline and strategic thinking that drove my early success. I understands that selling a business is rarely just a financial decision—it’s often personal, complex, and deeply emotional. Having navigated these transactions myself, I bring a deep respect for what owners have built and a commitment to helping them move forward with confidence and clarity.
