Charles Cahn has been a real estate broker since 1975 and a business broker for 39 years. Sales have included retail stores, restaurants,liquor stores, night clubs, bars, fast food, both "mom and pop" and franchises, manufacturing, distribution. My career was originally in commercial real estate, specializing in apartments and shopping centers (leasing and sales). Sales have also included commercial land for development. I pride myself on building long term relationships where I have represented my clients in both the purchasing and sale of many of the same businesses and properties over the years.
