About Classical Realty Group, Inc.

Classical Realty Group Inc. has had a wonderful background in Construction, Real Estate, Investment Tax Credit, Cost Segregation for Depreciation, Real Estate Development and recoginizing Value in the Clients Best interest.

I was born in Kentucky and relocated to northwest Indiana in my youth. My father was a mill worker and a fulltime pastor in the Church. I guess that my father’s leadership, ethics and unrelentless positive attitude influenced my drive to succeed and to present fairness to everyone in both my personal and professional life. I joined the Air Force shortly after High School and requested and received my duty assignment to work on large multi jet engine aircraft. In my tenure in training I became a Crew Chief on jet over two engines. I became a Crew Chief sequentially on the B-52 bomber aircraft and latter my assignment included being a Crew Chief on KC-135, an inflight refueling aircraft. I was in the Strategic Air Command (SAC) and did temporary duty assignments all over the world. This experience reinforced the discipline to accomplish goals and problem solve situations for quick and decisive actions in a short period of time. Upon discharge I attended Purdue University and graduated with a Associate Degree and Bachelor Degree. My drive and since of duty instilled in me by my father and the USAF training to make logical decisions, I set out to create a foundation of knowledge-based experience to benefit everyone I encountered, both personally and in my professional life. Based on education and experience I worked in the construction industry and became a Vice President of Operation of a multimillion-dollar construction firm. Along the way I held every position of responsibility in the organizations. Also, along the way I used my talents to work within the valuation industry. In an office expansion effort, I was asked to set up a valuation office in Parsippany NJ. My expertise in the pharmaceutical industry as a cost segregation specialist made me the ideal candidate. I work in the investment tax credit and depreciation allocation market during this tenure on the East Coast. At this time, I held a Real Estate Brokers license in the State of Indiana. Currently I am a Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida with a specialty as an intermediator for business-to-business acquisition and sales. I also, have a corporate emphasis on construction/engineering firms as intermediator in the sale and purchase of their businesses. My foundation of education and experience makes me ideally suited to work with clients through due diligence, fairness and ethically positioned to find the best solution of value and financial structure in the acquisition/sales process. The process demands confidentiality and trust to accomplished the most productive outcome. I always respect the mutual confidentiality and trust in the process of getting to the best outcome for all concerned. William Buffet said it best, “Price is what you pay. Value is what you get.”

METHODOLOGY

What we observe

DealLedger publishes what is publicly displayed. Broker records aggregate every observed listing tied to this firm across our sources. Counts above reflect distinct listings observed, not closed transactions confirmed by the broker.

We do not have direct visibility into which listings sold. When a listing stops appearing in our scrapes, we mark it as no longer observed — but we do not claim it sold. Some close; some withdraw; some are re-listed under a new ID; some are simply missed by our scraper. We surface the observation; you draw the conclusion.
