Robert Wellman, MBA, is an experienced businessman who has owned businesses since he was 17 years old. From retail-based companies to service-based companies, he knows what it takes to succeed. He has negotiated buy-side transactions, sell-side transactions, commercial leases, and real property transactions in the state of California since 2013. When not enjoying the outdoors in California, you can find him on a beach somewhere in Hawaii. Interests include running, golf, travel, and fine dining.
