Trent Bates spent his formative working years at serval startups working as an electrical engineer in the emerging GPS security market. The small companies allowed Trent to see how the entire business was run especially at TQI Systems where he was the third employee and a junior partner. Trent took a role at Dell Technolgies where he was able to transition to a business role with the product management team. Trent now is heading up Baton Strategies expansion into Texas.
