Kathy is a life-long resident of Central Arkansas, where she received her undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Central Arkansas. Upon graduation, Kathy worked for CPA firms in the Central Arkansas area prior to starting her own firm in Conway, Arkansas in 1986. While practicing public accounting, Kathy had the opportunity to provide guidance to many of her clients as they purchased and sold businesses. Kathy sold her own CPA firm in 2006. In 2004, Kathy began her 2nd career in the field of business brokerage. Kathy is also a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). With her diverse background in accounting and her own experience as the owner of a small business, she brings a unique skill set to assist sellers and buyers. Living on a farm in Central Arkansas with her husband Ken, Kathy enjoys outdoor activities including traveling, 4 wheeling, hiking, taking care of the farm animals, and just spending quiet time on the porch swing. Kathy is very proud of her family, which includes her husband, a son and daughter-in-law, daughter and son-in-law and two awesome grandsons. Kathy is also involved in her local church and enjoys time spent with her church family and church activities
